We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. After day 7 all sales are final.
All custom/ personalized items are final sales. However, Sew Mystique Boutique will do our best to make things right with your custom/ personalized item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please include a photo and a description of the item as it was received. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. A restocking fee of $3.00 will be deducted from your return cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom orders.
