At Sew Mystique, we take great pride in crafting high-quality handmade accessories. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window:

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
 After day 7, all sales are final.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalized accessories

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with a photo and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions once your request is approved.

Refunds/Exchanges:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will receive a refund within 48 hours it will be issued to your original payment method, or store credit will be provided, based on your preference. 

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Defective Items:
Please email us within 3 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged. Include clear photos and a description of the issue so we can make it right.
